About the Role

agreeum is looking for a detail-oriented and professional Contracts Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, editing, and managing a wide range of agreements for individuals, startups, and corporate clients across India and global markets.

This role requires strong drafting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to understand business and contractual requirements with precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft customized agreements and contracts based on client requirements
• Review and edit agreements for clarity, structure, and consistency
• Coordinate with internal subject experts during the review process
• Ensure agreements are professionally formatted and error-free
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
• Manage multiple drafting assignments within deadlines
• Support clients with document revisions and modifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law, Business, Commerce, or related field
• Experience in contract drafting or agreement management preferred
• Strong written English and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability
• Familiarity with business and commercial agreements
• Ability to work independently and meet timelines
